Nut brown color. I get a spiced fruit smell. A nice sweeter, medium bodied beer that is easy to drink. This is another one of the better blendings of sweeter spices and a medium body to exemplify the juleøl. I think this goes the direction of sweetness more than a fuller body. I like the offerings that went the direction of body over sweetness but this was something that I would put on the table with food. It just lacks that finish that I'm looking for.
