Nut brown color with more red.
A heavier spice scent on this one. If this were a nut brow standing on its own I would say they made a good one. Once again the body or a Christmas flavor is missing. While I like this beer better than Mack's 4.7%, Mack's did the better job in hitting a Christmas flavor and doing something that went with the Christmas theme. There is a touch of spice on the back end but much more a nut brown than a juleøl for me.
