While living in Berlin on a student budget, I ate A LOT of kebabs (they're cheap and on almost every corner). Bellino's is the best kebab I've found in Norway. He uses real meat (not process-pressed lump), and takes fresh made dough and bakes it on the spot in the pizza oven. *#* *#* It's a little more expensive than the average kebab, but worth it. An all-around good kebab!
