This is one of my favourite places to eat in Oslo. It's primarily a tapas restaurant and the food is excellent. In summer they open up the bay windows and because the room is so small, you almost feel like you're sitting outside. Come here with a small group of people and spend the evening sharing the yummy dishes and watching people go by.
You can't book a table and it's often full. A great excuse to sit and have a cocktail by the bar while you wait to be squeezed in! It's not that cheap but the food really is superb.
